Laissez ti\u00e9dir, filtrez, ajouter le jus d&rsquo;un demi citron et r\u00e9servez.<br \/>\nLavez les courgettes, essuyez les, coupez les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s, puis sans les peler, r\u00e2pez-les \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une r\u00e2pe \u00e0 gros trous dans un saladier.
