Puristes de la cuisine traditionnelle s&rsquo;abstenir! <\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h3>\n<p>La veille, faire tremper :<br \/>\n50g raisins secs,50g d&rsquo;abricots secs, 50 g de pruneaux dans l&rsquo;acqua vita (si vous aimez le sec)ou une liqueur de myrthe (+ douce).<br \/>\n1 broccio frais 850g,<br \/>\n5 oeufs entiers,<br \/>\n200 g de sucre,<br \/>\nune p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e en rouleau.<\/p>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/h3>\n<p>M\u00e9langer au mixer le broccio, les oeufs, le sucre.<br \/>\nEgouttez les fruits secs, en garder quelques uns pour la d\u00e9co et les incorporer au m\u00e9lange de broccio. En mettre quelques uns en surface.<br \/>\nMettre la cr\u00e8me sur la p\u00e2te d\u00e9roul\u00e9e. Cuire \u00e0 feu moyen (150 \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9 maxi.)<br \/>\nSurveiller la cuisson, le broccio \u00ab\u00a0monte\u00a0\u00bb comme un souffl\u00e9 pour redescendre ensuite.<br \/>\nLa tarte est cuite quand elle est bien dor\u00e9e.&rsquo;30 \u00e0 40 minutes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Une recette surprenante qui change du Fiadone classique.
